Refund & Exchange

What are your refund and exchange policies?

We do not offer refunds for goods sold. However, if your item has a manufacturing defect, let us know within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a free one-for-one replacement once proof of the defect is provided.

I have received a defective/damaged product, what can I do?

We are truly sorry to hear that. Please contact us to initiate the resolution process. We will resolve the matter for you as soon as possible. For items with manufacturing defects, notify us within 7 days, and we’ll replace the item with a brand-new one, free of charge.

What is your policy for resizing or exchanging items if I order the wrong size?

We offer one-time complimentary resizing for items returned within 7 days of receipt. This includes free shipping for the first resize for those within Singapore.

For resizing requests beyond 7 days, a $20 resizing fee will apply.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a size exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 7 days to request a size exchange.
  • Step 2: Our team will provide a return address and instructions.
  • Step 3: Ship the item back to us using your preferred shipping method.

Exchange:

  • We offer one-time complimentary resizing with free shipping of the new item for customers within Singapore.
  • For resizing requests beyond 7 days, a $20 resizing fee will apply.

Timeline:

  • Once we receive your returned item, the resizing process will take approximately 3-5 business days.
